I placed an order and when I place to order it said one price when I looked at my credit card it said a different price I even sent them proof of what the screen said before i paid I called customer service were of no help at all I was told was to cancel the order would not be ordering ever again buyers beware

Please I need my money back I'm not interested in your package I have no more cash to spent You all are bunch of scammers I just place an order with (ganja-estates.com) and its was successful and I got exactly what I order I prefer spending my my whole cash with em I recommend (ganja-estates.com) for their loyalty and trust thanks

Canceled my order after 10 days, no explanation. 10 days of waiting then they tell you. .won't use them again

Usually use VaporAuthority & MyVapeStore. Should've stuck with them, EJD is average at best.

Charged for "Priority Shipping", order took about 9 days to arrive because they didn't get it to USPS for several business days. Other vendors' First Class shipments arrive quicker. Not a big deal, but then I found almost half my package wasn't what I ordered. Yet was reflected in my receipt. When I ordered, there was no "Review your Order" before payment like other online vendors. Shady, like they're mislabeling stuff to move it. EJD just pointed to order confirmation & said "welp it's what you ordered". I know what I ordered, but whatever, I've had local shops do the same crap for worse prices. Should've looked closer at email confirmation but it wouldn't have mattered because payment was done by that point.

3 stars bc at least I got something resembling what I paid for & it was packed well.

Wish I would had seen the reviews first. This company is a scam and my money is gone. Trust me don't do it better purchase from (ganja-estates.com) the are real and legit.

I ordered 6 bottles of eliquid on September 1st. The order was shipped out and has been sitting at the post office for over 3 weeks now. I've tried contacting the company in hopes of getting this resolved. I was told that nothing could be done until 21 days after the order shipped. I am now past 21 days, contacted the company multiple times and have not received any sort of help. I ended up ordering eliquid from elsewhere since I'm tired of waiting, and received that in 4 days.... Not thrilled with the poor customer service. Just want my money back

Great products & selection & fast! I've never had an issue with this company their prices are great too, I love everything about them. This is my go-to site for ordering eJuice! And I honestly wouldn't hesitate ordering anything else they have! I'm actually waiting on an order now. I was so impressed with previous orders I was looking for a place to write them a review! I have ordered multiple times from ejuicedirect.com and it has been a great experience each time. Usually ships the very next day. Everything has always been delivered as ordered. Extremely fast shipping even during Covid-19. Thank you!
